Mobile application stores, such as Google Play Store, provide a wide range of apps targeting different customers. These platforms allow users to rate apps and leave their feedback, generating a large amount of data that makes natural language processing essential. This paper uses a pre-trained BERT model to perform sentiment analysis on Spanish reviews from Google Play Store. Experimental results show that after proper preprocessing, BERT achieves an average accuracy of 0.81, even with limited data.
