Abstract

The case study applies a framework based on systemic intervention and organizational cybernetics to the organizational design of a sanitation company for its restructuring. The organizational design includes a framework of organizational cybernetics and processes, with an organizational structure focused on autonomy, internal balance, environmental balance, identity, and policy mechanisms, supported by a viable system model. The study contributes to the analysis and improvement of the management system in the local public sanitation service.
