This article presents the implementation of a solution for worker shift assignment in a fuel supply company. The solution is based on specifying the case as a constraint satisfaction problem (model) and resolving it using the solver provided by the CP-SAT module of the OR-Tools tool. A system called ARGOS was implemented. It provides a user-friendly interface for managing employee information and supplies the solver with the necessary information for generating shift schedules.
