Abstract

Business intelligence applications increasingly use artificial intelligence techniques to make predictions, handle uncertainty, and influence organizational decision-making. This work implements a fuzzy inference model that considers both objective and subjective aspects characterizing the performance of organizational processes, using the percentage of compliance and the evaluation period as terms of analysis. Results show more flexible and reality-closer evaluations, providing decision-makers with reliable information about their organizations.
