The world evolves, and so does the way organizations are managed, as traditional approaches hinder adjustment to environmental transformations. This article presents mobile planning as a new approach to strategic management, particularly relevant in higher education institutions. Mobile planning is defined as a mobile and flexible strategic planning process that allows adaptation to internal and external changes, considering long-term horizons and strategic adjustments. The approach emphasizes the importance of agility and flexibility in responding to increasing stakeholder demands and environmental challenges.
