Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of applying the metaverse experience on the entrepreneurs’ perceptions of business management. The applied design is experimental. For this, a sample of 48 entrepreneurs who were subjected to the metaverse experience was taken. The data were collected through a questionnaire on a five-level Likert scale, previously validated, and then processed in R language using RStudio. The results show a favorable impact on the entrepreneurs’ perception of business management. Likewise, it is also observed that the metaverse application must be properly segmented. The value of this research lies in the fact that it addresses a topic that has been very little explored experimentally, especially Spanish-speaking. Therefore, in the majority of the cases investigated, there are only bibliographic reviews, but not field work.
