In Ambato - Ecuador, the company "Liargy" provides services for analyzing transformer dielectric oils to determine the insulating oil's physical and chemical properties and anticipate possible failures. Currently, the diagnosis is made using classical logic, which slows the process. This research develops an experimental fuzzy expert system based on the results of physicochemical and chromatographic analyses to diagnose the condition of the transformer by calculating a health index. The Scrum methodology, combined with fuzzy logic and classical analysis techniques, is used to automate the diagnosis of the state of electrical transformers based on six variables of the physicochemical properties of the insulating oil.
