Dynamic data envelopment analysis of food service efficiency forecast
Keywords:
DEA, efficiency, food service, forecast, GLARMAAbstract
We proposes a form of data envelopment analysis that allows estimating the efficiency of food services
with stochastic outputs related to predictive inputs in multiple periods by generalized linear autoregressive
moving average (GLARMA) model. This form of work allows forecasting the future behavior of the
efficiency frontier of a cluster of companies. An example to the decision makers when they face scenarios
like those described.
