Abstract

The aim of the study was to design a methodology to identify the dynamic capacities in entrepreneurship centers. The methodological design is qualitative and exploratory. The literature on dynamic capacities and entrepreneurship was reviewed, categories and variables were identified, and an instrument was designed and validated by experts. The methodology was applied at the Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano in Medellín. The study concludes that there is a need to promote innovative entrepreneurship, develop programs that respond to socioeconomic needs, and establish routines to evaluate and build dynamic capacities.
